Responsibilities
Manage the analytics team by developing and refining propensity-to-default and debt recovery models that maximize customer regularization and cash generation through optimization of negotiation policies;

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Lead operational delivery and optimisation of collections and recovery strategies at Marshmallow. Ensure effective cash recovery while adhering to Consumer Duty principles.
