Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, or Salesforce platform environments.
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and automated testing methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking, test documentation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with mobile testing (iOS and Android) and familiarity with Salesforce features is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
