Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce consulting engagements, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.
Manage and oversee offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and efficient delivery.
Drive the delivery of large-scale Salesforce and business transformation programs.
Advise clients on Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and innovative solutions.
Lead and drive the adoption of AI, identifying relevant use cases and embedding AI into delivery.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members while promoting a healthy and inclusive working environment.
Drive change management and user adoption of new functionality and processes.
Identify market opportunities and support business development and thought leadership initiatives.
Ensure compliance with professional, technical, and ethical standards, including the company's code of conduct.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Solid experience delivering Salesforce solutions and transformation programs.
Experience managing offshore teams and complex stakeholder or people situations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, architecture, and deployment best practices.
Experience driving change management and user adoption of new functionality or processes.
Understanding of AI capabilities and relevant business use cases.
Salesforce certifications (preferred but not required).
Commercial management experience, including contracting, pricing, and estimating consulting engagements.
Ability to support code reviews and provide guidance on Salesforce and integration solutioning.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication (written & verbal) skills.
