About the role
- Salesforce Developer enhancing and scaling Salesforce Health Cloud platform for healthcare technology at Lantern. Designing solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to support healthcare journeys.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure declarative components (Flows, page layouts, record types, permission sets, assignment rules, reports, dashboards).
- Ensure scalable data model design aligned with business needs.
- Build and maintain integrations using Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and 3rd-party systems.
- Manage Health Cloud features, data models, and care management workflows.
- Oversee sandbox strategy, deployments, and change management processes.
- Perform system maintenance, including release management, cleanup, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Document technical designs, processes, and system configurations.
- Provide user training and support, including managing support tickets.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience working with other 3rd-party APIs and system integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, PDII (preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator or Health Cloud certification (preferred).
- MuleSoft Developer certification (preferred).
