Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex Apex logic, custom APIs, and system integrations that serve as the backbone of the Commercial Platform.
Engage in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming) to ensure technical alignment between business goals and platform capabilities.
Audit existing codebases for governor limit bottlenecks and implement "bulkified" patterns to handle high-volume data processing.
Adhere to team-wide coding standards and architectural principles to ensure the Commercial Platform remains modular and technical debt is minimized.
Utilize SFDX and Git-based workflows to contribute to a seamless release management process.
Develop robust Trigger frameworks and Platform Event architectures to decouple complex business processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a Salesforce development role within a large-scale or platform-centric organization.
Active Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Experience working in a "Pods" or "Squads" based Agile delivery model.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security features and best practices.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
