About the role

  • Salesforce Lead overseeing technical Salesforce architecture and high-volume transactions at VO2 Canada. Collaborating with teams to design scalable solutions and ensure best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Define client requirements and design the solution, system design, and Salesforce technical architecture
  • Design scalable architecture suitable for high-volume transactions and large data volumes
  • Perform data modeling and design the security model
  • Develop in Apex and ensure performance optimization
  • Implement a robust trigger management framework
  • Define the integration architecture according to integration patterns
  • Oversee complex data migrations and multi-org strategy
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship
  • Drive DevOps / CI/CD and deployment strategy

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience (Lead / Architect)
  • Fluent English communication; French proficiency is a plus
  • Advanced expertise in Apex, SOQL optimization, and governance limits management
  • Proven experience in scalable architecture, large-data-volume environments, high-volume transactions, and performance tuning
  • Strong command of data modeling and REST / SOAP integration architecture
  • Experience with multi-org strategy, complex data migrations, and technical governance
  • Strong technical leadership, focused on best practices and architectural excellence
