Sales Operations Analyst in Sales department optimizing decision-making processes through data analysis. Collaborating with various functions to enhance trade marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Raccolta, elaborazione e analisi dei dati di vendita per individuare trend e opportunità
Monitorare le iniziative chiave delle 4P del marketing (Prodotto, Prezzo, Presenza, Promozione)
Creazione di report dettagliati e dashboard per il monitoraggio delle performance
Supporto nella costruzione di nuovi strumenti per sostenere al meglio il processo decisionale
Creazione di un flusso sinergico tra Master data/Information Technology, Sales, Trade Marketing e Finance
Ottimizzazione dei processi SAP Super user (supportare il team con i moduli SAP SuccessFactors)
Requirements
Esperienza minima di 2 anni in ambito Finance o Sales Analysis, preferibilmente in aziende del largo consumo
Excel avanzato: tabelle pivot, formule complesse, funzioni di ricerca, analisi dati
Conoscenza di strumenti di reporting e BI (es. Power BI)
Capacità di interpretare grandi volumi di dati e trasformarli in insight operativi
Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
Appartenenza alle categorie protette (Art. 1 L. 68/99)
