Responsibilities
- Developing and improving sustainable and automated systems and processes for financial operations
- Building enduring partnerships, cultivating strong relationships across the company and with external partners
- Harmonizing cross-GBU in-market process standardization and leading technological advancements for optimal operations
- Endorsing the integrity of statutory financial outcomes for the market and managing all local filings, queries, and third-party interactions
- Preparing financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking
- Managing relationships with global teams, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Responsible for preparing the monthly financial statements and monthly data sets for management reporting purposes in a timely and accurate manner
- Following actions arising from financial control activities to improve the monthly closing processes
- Dealing with the financial audit processes, being responsible for the preparation of the IFRS and other financial statements and responsible for the information flow to the auditors
- Providing accounting guidance to the businesses and other teams when necessary
- Streamlining accounting policies across the group company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Finance
- 0-3 years of experience in finance area
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experienced in IFRS and TFRS reporting
- Multitasking & ability to work under strict deadline
- Analytic and structured thinking ability
- Flexible, highly motivated and result oriented
