About the role

  • Reporting Analyst at MoveDocs analyzing data and delivering reports to external clients. Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams for efficient decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately collect, reconcile, and analyze raw data for various types of customer and business reports
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports to be distributed to external clients
  • Communicate report results directly to customer (medical providers)
  • Build custom reports for customers and internal teams in excel
  • Work closely with the IT team to automate reporting
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support internal teams, including Sales, Operations and Finance
  • Effectively communicate business findings to stakeholders, including the senior leadership team

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a reporting or analytical role
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable translating technical results into straightforward insights for customers, and multiple teams across the organization including Operations and Sales
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Excel and experience with or willingness to learn SQL
