About the role

- Set and manage project expectations with all stakeholders
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Monitor project dependencies and critical paths
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation
- Proactively manage scope changes, mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field (FMCG experience is a plus)
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional and multinational projects
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation abilities
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration; proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Project)
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident at all levels
- Fluent in English.
