Key Account Manager strategizing retailer plans and enhancing sales for Reckitt in a dynamic market. Collaborating with various teams to implement successful sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
Ontwikkeling en implementatie van het jaarlijkse accountplan
Manage klantonderhandelingen met betrekking tot Reckitt’s commerciële strategie en de handelsvoorwaarden van de retailer
Accountplanning en forecasting
Het behalen van targets betreffende Net Revenue, Gross Margin, 4P’s (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion) en Net Working Capital.
Nauwe samenwerking met het Marketing en het Trade Marketing team om zoveel mogelijk sales te genereren en het schap en promoties te optimaliseren
Analyse van sales data (bijv. Nielsen) om inzicht te geven in de huidige status van de 4P`s, specifiek gericht op promotionele activiteiten en de lancering van nieuwe producten
Cross-functionele samenwerking met Supply Services om te zorgen voor een nauwkeurige forecast en voldoende voorraad voor de klant
Samenwerking met het Marketing / Brand Activation team om zodoende de uitvoering en zichtbaarheid van promoties te optimaliseren
Requirements
2-5 jaar ervaring in key account management met cross-functionele ervaring met andere afdelingen
Ervaring met het Customer Management Process
Moet kunnen aantonen dat hij/zij beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en plezier heeft in het maken van data-analyses.
Sterke mondelinge/ schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden en presentatievaardigheden
