About the role

  • I&A Manager for Reckitt, leading Consumer Engagement and Business Insights through analytics. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance competitive advantage and actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Strategic partnership to the Core Reckitt Consumer Engagement (CE) team
  • Develop a proactive ‘learning agenda’ within CE: conduct analyses and socialize the analyses with key stakeholders to drive shifts in decision making
  • Increase our competitive advantage through BEI measurement & optimization
  • Plan & execute against Marketing Spend Optimization - Full Funnel MMX Measurement, MTA, and MMT Retailer Program Measurement (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Roundel)
  • New Global Capabilities Pilots – Be a champion for US Core Reckitt Business needs
  • Build a thorough knowledge of Core Reckitt brands and categories to inform CE strategy and execution by leveraging and embedding consumer & shopper research
  • Become the ‘go-to person’ within the CE team for brand and consumer insights by working in partnership with Brand I&A
  • Identify & Drive Ecommerce Insights, ecomm portfolio strategy and penetration growth across our brands (working in partnership with Brand I&A)
  • Embed & Educate business on usage of Ecommerce tools – build proficiency of use of systems within the business teams
  • Identify, evaluate capabilities in the Digital and Ecommerce Media & Performance measurement landscape
  • Work on futuristic capabilities (such as machine learning and artificial intelligence) to build solutions that can guide our go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in insights & analytics in the omni-channel media market
  • Experience in Ecommerce a significant plus
  • Experience with advertising data and digital ad platforms (i.e. Pacvue)
  • Strong understanding of omni channel media strategy
  • Experience with analytical solutions available to measure sales impact of media (including but not limited to MMx/MMM, Digital & Ecommerce Media measurement, Nielsen Catalina, Multi Touch Attribution, Matched Panel Analysis, Oracle Sales Lift, Campaign Optimization Measurement)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate to transform measurement request into actionable, focused business questions that can be answered via analytics solutions
  • Proven leadership skills including initiative, communication, creativity, bias towards action, and success even in the face of ambiguity
  • Exposure to data tools, technology. Experience working with Data scientist and programmers a plus
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Cross function exposure to other business operations
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus
  • Proven track record in synthesizing learnings from multiple data sources, aligning multiple stakeholders to actionable strategic shifts and delivering recommendations to C-level executives
  • Mastery of data with Uncompromising commitment to ensuring data quality & accuracy
  • Career in leading CPG company/ e-commerce/ e-retailer a plus
