Sales Director responsible for expanding Reaktor’s industrial business and acquiring new customers. Will manage client relationships and drive business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
As an industrial-specific Sales Director, you will play a key role in expanding Reaktor’s industrial business by acquiring new customers and growing selected strategic accounts.
Actively participate and coordinate the handling of new business meetings and proposals originating from inbound and outbound activities together with our consultants
Drive new business prospecting efforts within selected companies based on the portfolio strategy and participate in content marketing activities
Conduct first meetings with potential new customers and find ways to help customers solve their business-critical problems
Create compelling proposals and lead the proposal process
Supporting our advisory and delivery teams and leading the account management activities
Build the foundation for long-term relationships with assigned clients
Gain deep understanding of client’s needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and identify growth opportunities
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, including delivery and resourcing
Ensure the well-being and success of consultant teams within your accounts
Manage account budgets, contracts, agreements, and pricing negotiations.
Requirements
Proven track record in solution sales within the IT consulting business, particularly tailored software solutions and data-driven solutions
Experience in new customer acquisition and new business development
Understanding of the B2B buying process
Results-oriented, business-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills in English. Finnish is seen as a strong plus.
Experience and networks within the industrial domain are considered as a plus.
