Responsibilities
Acquire new clients and maintain and expand existing B2B customer relationships
Identify customer needs and develop tailored solution concepts in AI and professional development
Present our products and services to prospective clients and lead negotiations through to closing
Work closely with internal teams, especially Marketing, to develop and implement targeted sales strategies
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to expand the contact network
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales development reports, and follow up on sales activities
Conduct ongoing market analysis and monitor trends in AI and professional development to identify opportunities early
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in AI, digitalization, or professional development
Strong communication skills and negotiation ability at decision-maker level
Independent working style, high self-motivation, and goal orientation
Solid knowledge of marketing is optional but advantageous
Excellent knowledge of digital sales channels and experience with CRM systems
Confident use of AI tools, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills for international communication
