About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for actively building the sales department in synthetic data solutions. Collaborating with customers to implement their specific applications in a future-oriented industry.

Responsibilities

  • Actively build and shape the sales organization
  • Expand and proactively develop the sales function — from identifying potential new customers and generating leads to closing projects
  • Establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships through empathetic, professional, and needs-oriented communication
  • Present the company by demonstrating the various applications of synthetic data, discussing specific use cases with customers, and supporting their implementation
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to execute customer projects
  • Serve as the interface to identify customer feedback and market requirements and relay them to product development to offer tailored solutions and continuously improve our offerings
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • Conduct market analyses and identify business opportunities
  • Regular coordination with executive management and participation in structured meetings

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training
  • Driving license class B
  • B2B sales experience, preferably in complex IT solutions
  • Strong market understanding and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • High IT affinity and interest in advanced technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy in customer management, and presentation and negotiation skills in German and English
  • Innovative mindset and the ability to work independently and solution-oriented
  • Creative approaches to addressing sales and marketing challenges
