Responsibilities
You work with warm leads — people who want to apply for the start-up grant — and support them in getting into AVGS coaching.
You provide telephone advice, offer guidance, and lead them in a structured way to the next step (apply for the AVGS voucher → start coaching).
Telephone consultations with genuine customer proximity: listening, assessing, and providing clarity
Follow-ups & appointment management: you manage multiple cases simultaneously and keep them organized
Resolve objections and uncertainties — empathetically, calmly, and reliably
Combine a service and sales mindset: be helpful and consistently drive toward closing
Document in the CRM and hand over cleanly to the coaching team
Requirements
Commercial training or a business-related degree
Fluent German & English
Experience in customer-facing roles: sales, consulting, or Customer Success/Service
Strong on the phone: conversation management, structure, objection handling, and closing skills
Organized & reliable: you work independently and proactively
Hands-on: you take initiative, follow through, and complete tasks
