About the role

  • Sales Manager at Artesa GmbH, a startup focused on digitizing craft planning. Collaborate with marketing and development teams to optimize customer solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You identify and reach out to potential new customers based on your research, our marketing channels, and lead-generation activities
  • You actively support prospective customers during the free trial and through their initial steps with Artesa
  • You maintain and grow customer relationships through regular phone and digital communication
  • You assist your sales colleagues in preparing and following up on sales calls and presentations
  • You create and update KPIs in our CRM to ensure a smooth flow of information
  • You work closely with our marketing team to optimize and implement lead-generation strategies
  • You collaborate with our development team to continuously develop our solution with the customer in mind

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Business Administration/Marketing and/or initial professional experience in sales — ideally in the B2B software sector
  • You are outgoing and possess excellent communication skills
  • You are highly self-motivated and very disciplined
  • Ideally you have an understanding of the trades/crafts — or you’re eager to acquire it
  • You enjoy trying new approaches and take pleasure in improving sales processes
  • You are fluent in German — both written and spoken
  • You are a team player, think creatively, and actively contribute your ideas to the team
