About the role

  • Sales Support role for J & K Group providing administrative assistance and customer support in real estate management. Involves CRM data maintenance and coordination of client appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and organizational support for the sales team
  • Creation, preparation and maintenance of exposés, presentations and sales materials
  • Maintenance of customer and property data in the CRM system
  • Appointment coordination as well as preparation and follow-up for client meetings
  • Correspondence with clients, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Support for marketing and sales activities
  • General administrative and office duties

Requirements

  • Hands-on mentality
  • Confident presence when interacting with new or external contacts is essential
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
