Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of paid media campaigns across mobile, social, search, and display channels.
Own digital media partnerships and negotiate top-tier placement deals with platforms and providers.
Drive performance-based marketing initiatives (CPA/CPI/CPC), optimizing for ROI, LTV, and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and Data teams to inform campaign strategy and align media initiatives with business goals.
Mentor and guide junior media buyers, fostering best practices in campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
Conduct in-depth market research to uncover growth opportunities, identify trends, and scale profitable user cohorts.
Create, test, and optimize ad copy and creative assets, including text, image, and video.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare executive-level reports, and provide actionable recommendations to maximize efficiency and results.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing performance-based mobile and digital campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Google, affiliate networks, programmatic, etc.)
Proven track record of developing media strategies that scale, improve ROI, and meet LTV and retention goals.
Strong analytical skills; experience translating complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, data visualization) and media analytics platforms.
Firsthand experience creating compelling ad copy and creative assets; knowledge of A/B testing and iterative optimization.
Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
Mobile advertising experience highly desired.
