About the role
- Operational role at RD Saúde managing large supplier negotiations and strategic purchasing for direct purchases. Aiming to enhance margins, sales, and inventory turnover while supporting product launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume negotiations with strategic suppliers, ensuring competitiveness and financial results.
- Manage the direct purchasing portfolio (GLP-1), working to maximize margin, sales, inventory turnover, cash flow, and other KPIs relevant to the commercial area.
- Use data analysis to identify opportunities and growth levers.
- Present results to senior leadership with strategic insight and technical clarity.
- Support new product launches and supplier qualification.
- Develop and maintain trusted commercial relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Propose improvements and drive continuous efficiency in purchasing and supply processes.
Requirements
- Experience in direct purchasing within retail is a plus.
- Experience managing high-volume negotiations and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience creating executive presentations (PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Supply Chain, Strategic Procurement, or Business Management is a plus.
- Analytical profile: logical reasoning, critical thinking, and strong numerical/quantitative skills.
