About the role

  • Analista Pl Vendas Corporativas executing structured interactions with B2B clients. Collaborating with internal teams and documenting product adjustments for operational clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured interactions with B2B clients, avoiding deviations or informal contacts.
  • Operate across different internal systems (contracts, benefits, billing) to ensure end-to-end delivery of the solution.
  • Document each interaction and stage of the customer journey in spreadsheets or internal tools, generating inputs for product analysis and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Technology to resolve operational issues during the pilot.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
