Responsibilities
Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory
Grow the AOV in Banking by balancing growth with existing customers and winning new logos
Drive Transformational Projects with Key Accounts while building a proper Run-Rate Business
Conduct detailed and accurate sales forecast on a weekly basis
Develop a winning team of Account Executives, including recruiting, hiring and training
Support Account Executives by participating and leading client meetings and engaging in other corporate events
Coach and develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification.
Consistently monitor and improve the sales activities of the team
Work cross-functionally with all sales teams.
Requirements
Strong demonstrated and proven software sales experience, preferably SaaS Platform.
Deep knowledge of how to win new accounts
Consistent track record to create and develop high performing sales teams
Ability to build relationships and generate compelling C-Level PoVs together with the team
Solid understanding of what we do at Salesforce do
Strong experience in Financial Services industry, preferably Banking
