About the role

  • RSD/RVP leading a team of Account Executives in the Banking vertical at Salesforce. Responsible for developing Go To Market strategies and growing sales within Banking accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory
  • Grow the AOV in Banking by balancing growth with existing customers and winning new logos
  • Drive Transformational Projects with Key Accounts while building a proper Run-Rate Business
  • Conduct detailed and accurate sales forecast on a weekly basis
  • Develop a winning team of Account Executives, including recruiting, hiring and training
  • Support Account Executives by participating and leading client meetings and engaging in other corporate events
  • Coach and develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification.
  • Consistently monitor and improve the sales activities of the team
  • Work cross-functionally with all sales teams.

Requirements

  • Strong demonstrated and proven software sales experience, preferably SaaS Platform.
  • Deep knowledge of how to win new accounts
  • Consistent track record to create and develop high performing sales teams
  • Ability to build relationships and generate compelling C-Level PoVs together with the team
  • Solid understanding of what we do at Salesforce do
  • Strong experience in Financial Services industry, preferably Banking
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
