About the role
- Managing stock and optimizing supply chain processes for RD Saúde, a leading pharmacy group in Brazil. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting KPIs for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Define and control DC inventory to reduce stockouts without creating excess (optimal inventory) for your area of responsibility.
- KPIs: Report and monitor area KPIs, driving process improvements and better inventory management.
- Follow standardized area procedures, continuously monitor process performance and alert the manager in case of deviations.
- Apply continuous improvement methods (PDCA) and identify root causes of DC replenishment issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, representing the area in meetings.
- Lead supply/replenishment projects, individual or cross-functional, aimed at continuous improvement.
- Ensure execution of daily area routines, supporting internal and external customers with structured analyses, clear arguments, responsiveness, and organization.
- Contribute to the team and peers in onboarding or maintaining activities and work collaboratively to foster productive, efficient relationships.
- Deliver trainings and represent the area in meetings that may involve internal or external customers and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, or other related STEM fields
