- IT Program Manager overseeing projects in hospitality for Royal Caribbean Group. Leading projects in the IT Product Construction and liaising with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- oversee all projects under their delivery program ensuring they are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget
- liaises with IT Product Teams, Marine, New building, Refurbishment and other Brand operating department representatives
- manage scope expectations and champion the IT product capability/scope for dry dock/Modernization projects
- effectively communicate with executive stakeholders and partners of various levels
- track timing, budget, cost control, and reporting
- utilize program management tools and techniques to develop and maintain project scope
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience working in infrastructure program management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications preferred
- ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action
- experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced hospitality organization
- proven analytical and quantitative skills
- outstanding verbal and written communication and project leadership skills
- comfortable working with international teams and in construction sites
