About the role

  • Storemanager leading the retail store operations at smykker eyewear in Mainz. Enhancing customer experience while ensuring team motivation and performance.

Responsibilities

  • You act as an entrepreneur within your store, make decisions and proactively drive improvements
  • You implement the store's organizational and operational processes reliably and continuously develop them
  • You lead your team with motivation, act as a role model and create a positive, motivating working atmosphere
  • You analyze store performance using effective tools and take targeted management actions

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, preferably in eyewear/optics
  • Leadership experience and an entrepreneurial, motivating mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a keen sense for customer needs
  • Confident handling of financial/key performance indicators and management tools
  • Organizational skills, a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for team leadership
