About the role

  • Storemanager leading retail operations for LoQu Group's optical and hearing aid stores in Moers. Responsible for team leadership, store processes, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Act with an entrepreneurial mindset: You operate your store like an entrepreneur, make decisions, and proactively drive improvements
  • Implement and refine processes: You reliably implement organizational and operational processes in the store and continuously develop them further
  • Lead the team with enthusiasm: You motivate your team, lead by example, and create a positive, inspiring work environment
  • Manage store performance: You analyze store performance using effective tools and take targeted actions to optimize results

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, preferably in optical/eyewear retail (optional)
  • Management experience and a motivating, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a keen sense for customer needs
  • Confident handling of business metrics and management/control tools
  • Organizational skills, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for team leadership
