Requirements
Experience in retail, preferably in optical/eyewear retail (optional)
Management experience and a motivating, entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication skills and a keen sense for customer needs
Confident handling of business metrics and management/control tools
Organizational skills, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for team leadership
