Responsibilities
Managing and expanding our customer portfolio within the animal nutrition sector
Working closely with existing and potential customers to understand their needs
Providing appropriate nutritional solutions
Playing a crucial role in achieving sales objectives and strengthening market position
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Identifying new business and market opportunities
Preparing and following up on quotes and sales contracts
Pursuing sales objectives
Working intensively with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., veterinary medicine, animal sciences, economics)
At least 3-8 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent negotiation skills and commercial insight
Strong communication and social skills
Good command of MS Office and ERP systems
Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant certifications (FAMI-QQ, FCA, ISO) is a plus
Solution-oriented thinking and a positive attitude
Good knowledge of English, Dutch and French
