About the role

  • Senior Product Manager leading the E-Commerce product strategy and development at Rapid Data. Driving innovation and optimizing customer experience for international E-Commerce products.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of two e-commerce products with direct impact on customer experience, conversion and revenue.
  • Develop a data-driven product strategy and a clearly prioritized roadmap.
  • Derive relevant requirements from customer feedback, usage data, market analysis and experiments.
  • Manage the product backlog with a focus on impact, business value and pragmatic decision-making.
  • Close collaboration with Design, Engineering, Data, Operations and international stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate at least two cross-functional engineering teams in an agile setup.
  • Plan, run and analyze A/B tests, funnel analyses and experiments.
  • Communicate clearly, structurally and persuasively to management and C-level.
  • Responsible for international go-lives, rollouts and testing strategies.
  • Build a culture of ownership, transparency, speed and data-driven ways of working.
  • Regular international travel to our core markets to align with local teams and partners.

Requirements

  • Proven product management experience (several years) in e-commerce / B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of managing at least two engineering teams within agile structures.
  • Strong data-driven approach: KPI analysis, funnel performance, A/B testing, hypothesis validation.
  • Demonstrable success in building, launching and optimizing e-commerce products.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, UX patterns, conversion optimization and e-commerce metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence – you present topics clearly, precisely and persuasively.
  • Experience in international stakeholder management (including C-level).
  • Basic technical understanding (APIs, integrations, shop architectures – nice to have).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong prioritization skills and a hands-on mentality.
  • Very good understanding of the B2B–B2C interface as well as partner and process landscapes.
  • Excellent English; German at least C1.
  • High international travel readiness (regular travel required).
