Manager of Omnichannel and Social Commerce focusing on TikTok Shop growth. Overseeing platform strategy and supporting broader ecommerce needs at Wella Company.
Responsibilities
Lead the overall TikTok Shop growth strategy, including channel planning, product prioritization, promotional cadence, and performance optimization.
Provide strategic oversight to the TikTok Shop agency, ensuring alignment on growth plans, creator pipeline, content direction, and storefront performance.
Serve as the internal owner for TikTok Shop, aligning Marketing, Brand, Social, Creative, Operations, Sales, and DTC teams to support channel initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational, system, or technical issues impacting channel performance in partnership with internal teams and the agency.
Provide regular performance reporting to internal stakeholders and make strategic recommendations to improve channel performance.
Support broader omnichannel ecommerce efforts as needed, including assisting with B2B retailer.com partners or brand.com initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and DTC teams to deliver assets, product information, and updates required for digital channel execution.
Ensure consistency of brand storytelling, product presentation, and promotional alignment across digital touchpoints.
Contribute to channel-level forecasting, demand planning, and performance analysis to support holistic omnichannel visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, social commerce, influencer/affiliate marketing, or marketplace management;
TikTok shop experience highly preferred
Strong understanding and passion for social-commerce platforms, short-form content strategy, and creator/affiliate ecosystems.
Experience managing external agency partners and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, surface insights, and make informed, strategic decisions.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
Beauty, personal care, or consumer products experience preferred.
