About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo na área Fiscal do CSC da Randoncorp. Responsável por lançamentos fiscais e gestão de obrigações acessórias.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, verifying and recording incoming tax invoices in the system.
  • Checking invoices for compliance with current legislation.
  • Verifying taxes applied to invoices.
  • Issuing tax invoices.
  • Preparation and submission of ancillary tax filings.
  • Maintaining customer, supplier and material records.
  • Creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP.

Requirements

  • High school diploma completed.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Experience with tax activities (receiving and issuing invoices, SPED, GIA, REINF, tax registrations).
  • University degree in progress or completed.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language.
  • Experience with SAP.
