About the role

  • Sales Manager managing end-to-end sales funnel for an AI property management company. Analyzing performance metrics and collaborating across teams to improve sales results.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales funnel end-to-end.
  • Structure and manage the process (Lead → Qualification → Demo/Pitch → Close).
  • Work qualified warm leads.
  • Analyze conversion rates and sales cycle lengths.
  • Plan resources according to lead volume and funnel performance.
  • Implement sales routines (pipeline reviews, funnel reports).

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience or highly motivated with a fast learning curve.
  • Solid understanding of sales funnels & sales motions.
  • Data-driven and structured decision-making.
  • Clear communicator with strong prioritization skills.
  • Ownership mentality, self-starter, thrives in a dynamic environment.
