About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic procurement processes for the sugarcane transportation portfolio;
- Manage the operational and strategic demands of the portfolio;
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers through agreement negotiations;
- Support the search for initiatives and innovations to mitigate and reduce costs;
- Assist departments with budget preparation and management of the financial cycle;
- Support the creation of schedules and project/contract kick-offs for the categories under your responsibility;
- Negotiate and manage legal contracts (drafting, analysis, monitoring, review, negotiation, and termination).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Proven experience in Procurement;
- Proven experience negotiating Transportation services;
- Previous experience with negotiation tools such as TCO, Strategic Sourcing, Should Cost, Spend Analysis, CBD, etc.;
- Postgraduate degree preferred;
- Knowledge of financial mathematics preferred.
