Responsibilities
Prepare and update salary tables based on the organization’s defined policy, including studies and simulations of salary changes and their impact on personnel costs.
Prepare job descriptions and conduct analyses and studies related to job structure and compensation benchmarking.
Guide and support the definition of compensation in cases of hiring, promotion, and employee transfers.
Monitor the development of the people budget.
Requirements
Candidate with solid experience in the area and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Korn/HAY methodology and/or experience with personnel budgeting.
