About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and update salary tables based on the organization’s defined policy, including studies and simulations of salary changes and their impact on personnel costs.
- Prepare job descriptions and conduct analyses and studies related to job structure and compensation benchmarking.
- Guide and support the definition of compensation in cases of hiring, promotion, and employee transfers.
- Monitor the development of the people budget.
Requirements
- Candidate with solid experience in the area and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Korn/HAY methodology and/or experience with personnel budgeting.
