Responsibilities
Convert qualified inbound leads into customers — no cold calling.
Conduct needs analyses, deliver persuasive presentations, and position JOIN as the best solution for recruiting needs.
Manage and grow your own customer portfolio as the primary point of contact.
Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and present tailored solutions.
Use CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage leads, track opportunities, and forecast revenue.
Analyze data and conduct regular strategic conversations to deepen client relationships and ensure their success.
Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation with sales conversion.
Report insights from customer feedback to help improve processes and offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or account management, including new business acquisition and account growth (preferably in SaaS or tech).
Fluent German and confident English skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and structured working style.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimize sales activities.
Customer-first attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Bonus: experience in HR tech, recruiting, or software-as-a-service.
Additional language skills (e.g. French, Dutch, or Spanish) are a plus.
Understanding of the SMB and mid-market customer landscape in the DACH region.
