Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue across all segments and regions
  • Oversee sales planning, forecasting accuracy, resource allocation, and performance management
  • Elevate execution across complex sales cycles
  • Strengthen navigation in multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal sizes
  • Create visibility and confidence in revenue trajectory

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Deep familiarity with stablecoins, cross-border payments infrastructure, and card issuing ecosystems
  • Demonstrated track record of owning significant annual revenue targets
  • Experience leading high-performing sales organizations
  • Experience in senior roles at large enterprises and startups
  • Existing network in crypto, payments, and fintech
  • Deep experience closing complex agreements
  • Strong commercial judgment across pricing and negotiation
