About the role

  • Business Development Specialist developing and maintaining referral relationships within a radiology practice. Engaging with healthcare providers to support growth through market knowledge and outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and imaging centers
  • Support growth through market knowledge and consistent outreach
  • Engage with referring providers to understand their needs and match those needs to Radia's service offerings
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and site management
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership and local site leadership to create flexible site visit plans
  • Analyze competitors to identify key differentiators and potential weaknesses

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing or outside sales involving building lasting relationships with customers in the health care industry preferred
  • B.A. in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field is preferred
  • Reliable and consistent transportation
  • COVID Requirement: Written proof of COVID-19 vaccination or request for an exemption
