About the role
- Senior Mortgage Insurance Claims Analyst responsible for decision-making on mortgage insurance claims. Ensuring timely processing and compliance with policies while managing a pipeline of open claims at Radian.
Responsibilities
- Manage and make decisions on mortgage insurance claims at Radian
- Own the decision-making process for mortgage insurance claims
- Ensure all claims are settled in compliance with Radian’s Master Policies
- Perform complex calculations and review foreclosure timelines
- Manage a pipeline of open claims
- Conduct thorough reviews of claim files
- Analyze and adjust claims for allowable expenses
- Efficiently multitask through various systems to gather specific claim information
- Assist Claims Management with special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 10 years of prior work-related experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in mortgage insurance claims or a related field
- Proven track record of managing complex claims and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Strong proficiency in mortgage servicing software and claims processing systems
