About the role

  • Analyst role providing insights for educational content production at FTD Educação. Collaborating with various departments to manage supply and production demands effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide input to the Commercial Directorate for defining print runs of Textbooks, Non-Textbooks and Teaching Systems (student and teacher editions), covering reprints and new releases;
  • Coordinate with the Production Planning and Control (PCP) area regarding production needs and monitor delivery execution throughout the entire production cycle (Safra);
  • Execute and monitor material reallocations, ensuring proper supply of branches/distributors and meeting commercial demands;
  • Analyze orders, resolve pending issues and coordinate solutions with the involved departments, ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines;
  • Assess branch and distributor inventories to identify opportunities for returns to PG and support inventory recentralization;
  • Contribute to the preparation of support materials for S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings, providing demand analyses and insights;
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, service level, availability and stockouts, proposing corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
  • TOTVS system experience
  • Familiarity with BI tools is a plus
