Responsibilities
Responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling the implementation of new and existing products with partners, focusing on identifying solutions that improve the customer experience.
Responsible for implementing the quality policy and quality indicators, and for ensuring partners' adherence to the client's rules.
Responsible for designing the implementation process for new products and for compliance with new BACEN (Brazilian Central Bank) regulations.
Create action plans with partners to improve and address incidents identified during implementation.
Monitor key identified incidents, identify trends, and lead implementations focused on best practices.
Develop action plans with partners to improve incident management performance.
Act on the escalation ladder for incident resolution, aiming to mitigate potential business losses.
Interact with various internal areas as well as commercial, IT, and certification (homologation) teams to improve performance in onboarding new partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Technology, or related fields.
Experience working on projects related to the payment card industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – at least intermediate level.
Previous experience in product development, project management, process management, or similar areas.
Knowledge and experience in Payments, with a solid understanding of the transaction lifecycle, including capture, authorization, and settlement flows.
Knowledge of operational processes, back-office operations, and process mapping.
Experience in product development using agile methodologies.
