About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling the implementation of new and existing products with partners, focusing on identifying solutions that improve the customer experience.
- Responsible for implementing the quality policy and quality indicators, and for ensuring partners' adherence to the client's rules.
- Responsible for designing the implementation process for new products and for compliance with new BACEN (Brazilian Central Bank) regulations.
- Create action plans with partners to improve and address incidents identified during implementation.
- Monitor key identified incidents, identify trends, and lead implementations focused on best practices.
- Develop action plans with partners to improve incident management performance.
- Act on the escalation ladder for incident resolution, aiming to mitigate potential business losses.
- Interact with various internal areas as well as commercial, IT, and certification (homologation) teams to improve performance in onboarding new partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Technology, or related fields.
- Experience working on projects related to the payment card industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – at least intermediate level.
- Previous experience in product development, project management, process management, or similar areas.
- Knowledge and experience in Payments, with a solid understanding of the transaction lifecycle, including capture, authorization, and settlement flows.
- Knowledge of operational processes, back-office operations, and process mapping.
- Experience in product development using agile methodologies.
- Desired: Advanced/Fluent English.
