- Investigator Payments Analyst creating and managing purchase orders for clinical research at IQVIA. Responsible for payment processing and ensuring timely operations with sites and study teams.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and close-out site-specific purchase requisitions in the local systems, utilizing the study-specific PO calculator, CTAs and CTMS for applicable countries
- Run timely subject visit completion reports and enter data into CTMS
- Create and send payment notifications and/or reminders to sites and study teams to ensure timely payment
- Rectify failed payments, as appropriate, for purchase requisitions
Requirements
- Create and maintain PO Estimator (POE) calculation
- Manage PO creation, maintenance and closure
- Generate payments through CTMS, where applicable
- Complete any RFI (request for invoice) and mismatches in a timely manner
- Answer queries, questions and issue resolution with sites and study teams
