- Build evaluation frameworks, enhance knowledge systems, and create scalable AI services used across chat and voice channels.
- Develop scalable, production‑ready AI services that support knowledge integration, customer interaction flows, and safe deployment.
- Strengthen monitoring and observability by designing systems that track behaviour, detect anomalies, and protect customer experiences.
- Lead engineering improvements by integrating evaluation results, driving automation, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Python engineering, including ML/AI tooling
- 2+ years working with API development and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks or MLFlow in production environments
- Strong communicator who works collaboratively
- Ownership mindset with a proactive approach
- Analytical problem-solver with attention to detail
- Skilled in navigating multidisciplinary projects
- Comfortable working in fast-moving technical environments
