Responsibilities

  • Independently manage customer relationships by telephone and provide consultative support.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up through to closing.
  • Process incoming complaints and returns and ensure smooth handling.
  • Collaborate transparently with field sales colleagues and provide active support.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for sales that is contagious to customers.
  • Empathy and a solution-oriented approach, especially when handling complaints.
  • Independent, transparent and goal-oriented working style.
  • Ideally, initial experience in inside sales.
