Responsibilities

Requirements
3+ years of management or leadership experience running a residential plumbing department
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop residential service plumbers and field teams
Strong understanding of residential service operations, dispatching, pricing, and workflow optimization
Experience managing KPIs such as revenue, labor efficiency, average ticket, callbacks, and customer satisfaction
Data‑driven decision‑maker with strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Comfortable working in the field as needed to support technicians and customers
