About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and act as guardian of commercial policies by channel/region, aligning the company's strategic objectives with local needs.
  • Monitor the execution of pricing and discount policies, ensuring adherence to the RGM strategy and global guidelines.
  • Develop pricing, elasticity and profitability analyses by region, channel and customer, supporting BUs in building growth strategies.
  • Serve as advisor to International BUs on negotiations, margins, product/customer mix and profitability.
  • Lead the annual price review process based on internal and external data and advanced analytical models.
  • Define strategies for discontinued and phase-out products, recommending discount policies that maximize contribution margin.
  • Lead monthly RGM committees with the BUs, presenting topline analyses and sell-in/sell-out insights.
  • Build and execute the International RGM roadmap, aligned with the RGM framework and global best practices.
  • Monitor sell-through and sell-out price execution (Havaianas and competitors) and conduct margin pool analyses to support local decisions related to price, mix, portfolio and investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related fields;
  • Fluent English;
  • Previous experience in consumer goods companies (CPG/FMCG);
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional and regional teams;
  • Strong analytical skills for margin analysis and pricing performance;
  • Solid knowledge of pricing strategies, competitive analysis and price elasticity;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Hands-on profile with the autonomy to lead strategic agendas.
