Take full autonomy to launch, QA, and refine campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snap
Manage precise budget pacing and allocation to ensure every dollar is invested effectively
Manage client expectations proactively and act as a strategic partner
Use attribution and measurement to explain campaign performance and craft weekly performance narratives
Collaborate with creatives on bold new hooks and leverage relationships with platform reps to access new features
Requirements
3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
Strong business acumen
Comfort managing strict budget pacing
Strong measurement fluency (understanding attribution, tracking, and reporting nuances)
Experience running app campaigns (even better)
