Responsibilities

  • Take full autonomy to launch, QA, and refine campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snap
  • Manage precise budget pacing and allocation to ensure every dollar is invested effectively
  • Manage client expectations proactively and act as a strategic partner
  • Use attribution and measurement to explain campaign performance and craft weekly performance narratives
  • Collaborate with creatives on bold new hooks and leverage relationships with platform reps to access new features

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
  • Strong business acumen
  • Comfort managing strict budget pacing
  • Strong measurement fluency (understanding attribution, tracking, and reporting nuances)
  • Experience running app campaigns (even better)
