Service Engineer coordinating maintenance and service projects for PEM electrolyzers at Quest One. Ensuring implementation of service plans and compliance with documentation standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and closely liaise with supporting interfaces, in particular Engineering and Production.
Organize and monitor the implementation of the maintenance and servicing schedule within the service organization.
Implement maintenance activities in the Service Management System (SMS) to ensure a systematic and structured execution.
Organize and ensure proper documentation and archiving in SharePoint or the SMS.
Handle additional Service Engineering projects and provide support in Remote Support (TSC).
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in mechatronics, process engineering, electrical engineering, industrial mechanics, plant mechanics, or a comparable qualification.
Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams and P&IDs.
Knowledge of and practical understanding of HSE basic rules, LOTO procedures, and ATEX/hazardous-area classifications.
Willingness to take responsibility for service and maintenance activities and to document them in a structured and traceable way.
Good German and English language skills.
