About the role

  • Service Engineer coordinating maintenance and service projects for PEM electrolyzers at Quest One. Ensuring implementation of service plans and compliance with documentation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and closely liaise with supporting interfaces, in particular Engineering and Production.
  • Organize and monitor the implementation of the maintenance and servicing schedule within the service organization.
  • Implement maintenance activities in the Service Management System (SMS) to ensure a systematic and structured execution.
  • Organize and ensure proper documentation and archiving in SharePoint or the SMS.
  • Handle additional Service Engineering projects and provide support in Remote Support (TSC).

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in mechatronics, process engineering, electrical engineering, industrial mechanics, plant mechanics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams and P&IDs.
  • Knowledge of and practical understanding of HSE basic rules, LOTO procedures, and ATEX/hazardous-area classifications.
  • Willingness to take responsibility for service and maintenance activities and to document them in a structured and traceable way.
  • Good German and English language skills.
