Responsibilities

- installation and commissioning of units at clients’ sites
- training of operators and supporting them with applications, setup, and automation/computer control on site
- preventative maintenance, calibration, and service
- advising customers on technical issues and fault diagnosis
- ensuring demo units are in working order
- assisting with loading and unloading
Requirements
- qualification and experience in maintenance, support and installation of sophisticated electro-mechanical systems
- background in temperature control, heat transfer and refrigeration would be useful
- an ability to learn
- great communication skills
- knowledge of PLC and other computer interfaces
- office IT systems, including Word, email etc.
- willingness to travel/overnight stays
