About the role

  • Customer Service Engineer maintaining Malvern Panalytical equipment at client sites in France. Providing technical support and training to ensure instrument performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • This person will be responsible for the maintenance of Malvern Panalytical equipment at our customers' sites in France.
  • Provide direct support to customers in the industrial and academic sectors for the maintenance and repair of instruments and associated software.
  • Deliver genuine technical service expertise on installed analytical instruments.
  • Provide customers with high-quality technical information.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues affecting the performance of analytical instruments.
  • Provide training to customers on the correct use of their equipment.

Requirements

  • Degree Bac+2/3/4 (equivalent to an associate's/bachelor's degree) ideally in physical measurements, electronics, or equivalent.
  • Proven first professional experience in an industrial or laboratory environment, preferably in an after-sales/service context.
  • Desire to build and develop customer relationships.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, analytical thinking, rigor, and autonomy in instrument repair.
  • Shows motivation, flexibility, adaptability, and organizational skills when responding to customer requests.
  • English required.
