Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for the maintenance of Malvern Panalytical equipment at our customers' sites in France.
Provide direct support to customers in the industrial and academic sectors for the maintenance and repair of instruments and associated software.
Deliver genuine technical service expertise on installed analytical instruments.
Provide customers with high-quality technical information.
Diagnose and resolve issues affecting the performance of analytical instruments.
Provide training to customers on the correct use of their equipment.
Requirements
Degree Bac+2/3/4 (equivalent to an associate's/bachelor's degree) ideally in physical measurements, electronics, or equivalent.
Proven first professional experience in an industrial or laboratory environment, preferably in an after-sales/service context.
Desire to build and develop customer relationships.
Demonstrates curiosity, analytical thinking, rigor, and autonomy in instrument repair.
Shows motivation, flexibility, adaptability, and organizational skills when responding to customer requests.
English required.
