About the role

- Lead strategic sourcing of equipment and components for industrial-scale projects
- Own all supply chain related activities as a core member of the Project Execution team
- Shape relationships, drive commercial outcomes, align scopes with partners and suppliers
- Define and manage work packages, aligning commercial frameworks, technical specs, and delivery milestones
- Steer negotiations with partners and suppliers to optimize cost, timeline, and quality
- Interface between internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure scope clarity and execution readiness
- Help identify and mitigate commercial and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Initiate and advance cost reduction and value engineering initiatives with suppliers
- Contribute to long-term sourcing strategies that support competitiveness, scalability, and resilience
Requirements
- You hold a degree in supply chain management, business management, industrial engineering or a closely related field
- You have 10+ years of experience in execution of projects for process or power plants
- Strong track record in developing procurement packages and leading negotiations with suppliers
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience managing and reporting on budgets and schedules across multiple stakeholders
