Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields;
Experience with CRM (preferably Bitrix);
Proficient in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation);
Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and a process-oriented mindset;
