About the role

  • Sales Ops Analyst supporting the commercial strategies of Quality Digital. Focused on CRM governance and performance indicators with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve the CRM (Bitrix), ensuring usability, standardization, and data quality;
  • Define and monitor commercial KPIs, supporting the end-to-end sales cycle;
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for performance visibility;
  • Develop strategic reports and predictive analyses to guide business decisions;
  • Support the sales team with data-driven insights and recommendations;
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements in sales processes and funnel;
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams for data integration and result visibility;
  • Support automation initiatives and workflow optimization within the CRM;

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields;
  • Experience with CRM (preferably Bitrix);
  • Proficient in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation);
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and a process-oriented mindset;
  • Experience monitoring commercial/performance indicators;
  • Previous experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Business Intelligence, or Revenue Operations;
  • Knowledge of SQL or integration/ETL tools;
  • Experience in technology companies, consulting, or B2B SaaS.
